Artist In Residence at The Hawk Conservancy Trust

In November 2023 Alex McGarry was appointed the official 'Artist In Residence' at the Hawk Conservancy Trust.  She has a permanent display of paintings in the gift shop available to purchase.

Alex is now represented by the UK's leading fine art publisher and distributer of original paintings - De Montfort Fine Art. De Montfort Fine Art own's Clarendon Galleries and Alex's paintings can be found in their galleries across the UK and on luxury cruise ships, such as the Queen Mary II.

From September 2019 to September 2024, Alex opened the Alex McGarry Studio & Art Gallery in the heart of Andover's Town Centre. Alex now works from her home studio.

In May 2019 Alex was named 'Up & Coming Artist' at the framing industry awards run by the Fine Art Trade Guild. She won the award after an online poll which included five other artists, but Alex was very taken aback by the result.
"I was up against some other good artist so I was completely surprised to win."
